Note for those attending Institutes: The World Athletics Championships are being held in Eugene, and conclude on Sunday, July 24. At this time there is no availability of sleeping rooms at The Graduate until Monday, July 25. There is a high likelihood rooms will become available, but they won’t be released until early June. We recommend you make your reservation now for July 25-30, and then add the July 24 night once the rooms are released.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued if a written request is received in our office by July 6, 2022, or if NIFDI has to cancel the event. Cancellations after that date will not be refunded; however, we do allow substitutions. A written request must be received in our office before any refunds will be processed.
