Rose Rios is an administrator experienced in Direct Instruction. From 2004-2009, she worked as the Reading First Administrator in Guam, and with NIFDI Site Coordinator Donna Dwiggins, she helped coordinate the district-wide implementation of DI programs. She also served as the NIFDI Implementation Manager for the Guam school district from 2010-2012 where she trained and mentored teachers in the classroom. Other positions she’s had include being an elementary school teacher, Adjunct Professor, and a school principal. Rose currently serves as an Implementation Manager for NIFDI for several IDEA schools in Texas implementing DI as part of the Critical Student Intervention (CSI) program in grades 3-8.

Ms. Rios has a Master’s Degree in Administration & Supervision and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Guam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Chapman College.
